Dell USB Recovery Image - OEM Partition Recreation?

This is just a general question for the Dell USB recovery USB media that can be downloaded and created.  I have two Dell Desktops, an Inspiron 3650 with service tag  and an Inspiron 5675 with service tag .  Having recovery media would be handy in case the worst happens, so I am creating some. My question is, does it also recreate the Dell OEM REcovery partion and the Dell Support partition? Basically is it just an OS restore, or does it restore the entire OEM file system on the main hard drive? I'm going to migrate to a larger Hard Drive on the Inspiron 5675 soon, as well as do a fresh install, so I wondered if the recovery media would kill two birds with one stone.

Recovery media is rather pointless.

To migrate to a larger SSD, the best thing to do is to make an image backup of the entire hard drive using something like Macrium Reflect Free software. You will need an external USB hard drive. Then restore image to the larger SSD.

That was my original plan, but some have said that the OEM partitions may / may not be usable then. I had to deal with some file corruption a while ago, and was looking to do a fresh factory reset. I figured if I could use the recovery media to create the original partition structure, It would be quicker than cloning the drive.
