I have got a 750w. I'm just wondering if the Card will FIT in the pc. Its 272 mm and I did the measurements, but I just am wondering if I'm wrong or right.
I have, and thats why I think I am right. I even opened my computer and measured the from end to end. If my measurements are correct then it will fit with room to spare.

Yes, I understand you want to know if the card will fit, but you didn't mention you'd upgraded the PSU, so my question was just as important...
Have you read this thread and followed the link posted by bmcowboy to see compatible GPUs and do a size comparison with them?

What PSU size is recommended for the specific video card you bought?
The Inspiron 5680 has a 460W PSU but I see an AMD doc saying:
The following are recommended minimum requirements for installation
of AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 / AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 XT graphics cards.
Minimum 600W (recommended 700W) PSU with up to an 8-pin + 6-pin PCI Express Auxiliary connectors.
You going to have enough power available...?

Another important detail you didn't mention in your OP...
Post back and let us know if the card fits, which would help other users interested in using that same GPU...
