What specific model are you looking at and what is the video card specs as that is also important when you are determining the system playability? I would also recommend a couple of sites where you can plug in system specs to find out if your system can run any game. But in general without knowing the full specs of your system it would appear to meet the minimum specs. But I would consider something more in the Recommended specs.
