Having problems re-installing the Alienware Command Center
Today when I tried to open command center (cc) it got stuck in a loading loop and never updated (but I think that it stamped the system showing that it had, we will come back to that later) so I uninstalled the CC and everything that goes with it. I tried reinstalling but it kept getting suck on this line

I have fully deleted the pathway and and all of the files it is trying to. The thing that is confusing though is that the log says that there is a newer version installed on the device
"Property(S): IS_PREVENT_DOWNGRADE_EXIT = A newer version of this application is already installed on this computer. If you wish to install this version, please uninstall the newer version first. Click OK to exit the wizard."
the reason i want to get this reinstalled it the EQ profile I had open is stuck on giving all sounds I play a reverb effect. i have been working on this for hours and I have no clue where the stamp would be telling the installer that there is a newer version on the pc but if I could find it that would most likely fix the issue. if someone could help me with this that would be so helpful so thank you in advance.

Alien blood is infiltrative of system like water in sand, meaning it can be difficult to completely uninstall it clean. Dell AW support has a video how to “clean” uninstall AWCC, but even that shows how extensive the infiltration is. Since hours had been spent, and your interest is not to understand how AWCC uninstall works but to have a working install, try fresh clean install of Windows 10 and then clean install AWCC of the correct ver. for your system. This saves time and headache.

You can try running Revo Uninstaller (free) if ACC really has a version installed. Note: Revo may not see ACC as an app it can uninstall, since you've already deleted some of it.
And/or try running the registry tool in ccleaner (free) to clean up some of the leftover junk.
And/or try booting in Safe Mode to clean up...
