How to change avatar

While Logged in to the forum what does it look like here Myprofilepage?? you will have to scroll down to see any options.

It could be that Non Rockstar users can only choose from the pre determined list and do not have the upload an avatar button.

Aw shucks. I am not now nor do I ever anticipate being a rock star. No avatar for me LOL

When I click my avatar in my Profile>Settings>Avatars it takes me back to my profile. The image that I included with my post is the entire screen. There is nothing to scroll.

you are right (almost) 

you have to be a Tech Expert to be allowed to choose an AVATAR from your personal pictures. Based on the number of useful posts, Kudos and solutions, Community Manager promotes you as Tech Expert.  

Community Rockstar is way beyond TECH EXPERT 

So for me it looks like this

Thanks to @speedstep and @XPS_Man for that explanation. It has been a long time since I was a user without RS status and forgot what options were available.

I decided to choose one of the generic avatars. This one doesn't look a lot like me, but it's the closest I could find in the generic group.
