Inspiron 27 7775 RX 580 problem

Question

I have a minor problem. I purchased tis desktop off a friend. He flashed a modified bios to the RX 580, now it will boot but I can't see the bios. I need the Ellesmere.rom for the GPU to reflash to get it working. Need the specific bios rom for the gpu. The TechPowerUp dell bios doesnt work Board ID: 1002 67DF - 1028 07E4 Dell Thanos ELLESMERE-XT A1 GDDR5 256Mx32 8GB
