Inspiron 3250, turns on and off by itself
Hi.
My desktop started having trouble. When power button is pressed, it will turn on and turn off after few seconds.
It continues on and off by itself.
Please help me to have my computer back on.

Sounds like a bad power supply. But try reseating your RAM and any expansion cards, video, etc.
Next disconnect all hard drives then try rebooting and check for fan action.
If you have more than one RAM module then take one of them out. If you have the same problem swap the modules and try again.
Remove any expansion cards except for video and try again.
Change the CMOS battery on the motherboard. A bad battery will cause that symptom.
The aim is to isolate the problem by removing as many components as possible then try rebooting.
