Inspiron 3650, graphics card compatibility?

A year or so ago, I got an Inspiron 3650 i3-6100 desktop, and I am now looking for a dedicated graphics card. After looking around, I have found 2 cards that I think will work without me having to upgrade my power supply. I was hoping someone who knows if these cards are compatible or not with my system can reaffirm or correct my understanding. I'm fairly certain I was browsing a forum that said the 1050 Ti mini I linked here was indeed compatible, but I haven't heard anything about the AMD RX 560 working with my system yet.

MSI - AMD Radeon RX 560 AERO ITX OC 4G GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card - Black

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini, 4GB GDDR5 DisplayPort 128-bit Gaming Graphic Card (ZT-P10510A-10L)

There are Zotac and MSI and ASUS and other vendors 1050TI that work fine.   HOWEVER you must turn secure boot to OFF and Legacy option roms ON if you use a NON DELL 1050TI.  This has nothing to do with Dell as the RX460 would require the same settings.  Physical Space and Power use are the limiting factors.  There are Overclocked versions of 1050TI that need more than 80W of power and therefore have a need for a 75W or 150W aux pcie power connection.  GTX 750 and GTX 950 cards have the same issues.  As long as its 75W or LESS short card it should be fine.

GIGABYTE RX460 works.   The issue with 560 is Board Power 80 - 100 W 450 W power supply minimum. So out of the box the 560 is NOT WORKING.

But the Zotac 1050ti mini works out of the box, correct? I haven’t been able to find any RX 460s cheaper than the 1050ti mini and I figured if I could I’d get the extra 2 gigs of vram. Thanks for the reply

Realistically, a RX560 should work without any issues at all.  I've got one that doesn't require external power at all.  The official power recommendation is correct at 450watts, but that's kind of insane.  Dell themselves ships the Inspiron 5675 with an RX570, a much more power hungry gpu, with only a 460watt psu.

The 3650 has LESS THAN 300W power supply.  So Adding a 100W card is not a good idea.  Not requiring an Aux power connection means 75W or less card.

Ah ok!   I was basing my reply off the recommendation that an RX560 requires a 450watt psu.  Although, I did check and that's indeed correct.
