Inspiron 5675, dual AMD RX 570, CrossFireX
Have a dell 5675 with a Ryzen 5 1400 and a RX 570. Per the manual there are 2 PCIe X16 slots. can I install another 570 and run in crossfire. X370 chipset on mother board, but you know what AMD day's it'll do and how Dell has it configured are no the same thing.

The Inspiron 5675 (that shipped with AMD Ryzen 3/5/7 CPU) motherboard does have two PCIe x16 slots but they both run at PCIe bus speed of x8. With a higher wattage PSU (power supply unit), you could run dual video cards in CFX (CrossFireX), but at x8 bus speed, not sure you would see any real time performance bump.

Both video card slots always run at x8 max on the Inspiron 5675 even with one video card.
Also x8 vs x16 is only an issue if you have dual Titan V or faster video cards.
Also the factory power supply can't do dual video cards. I would recommend replacing the video card with a faster one and not getting a second one. Dell supports the 460 watt power supply with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 (normal not Ti). Retail graphics cards are normally clocked higher and may require a larger power supply but a retail Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 (normal not Ti) should be fine on the factory power supply.
