The only thing I can guess is that you are running a different version of Windows 10 then the driver is looking for. Have you updated to version 1903 yet? Also notice that Intel has the newest driver on their site and it is version 26.20.100.7000. And their version is for all flavours of Windows 10.
I am curious though. Are you connected to the integrated video to your monitor or to the video card (assuming you have a video card)? The point being that the Intel video driver is really not going to make a difference if you have your monitor connected to either the Nvidia or AMD based graphics card.
The Intel Video is motherboard based. I am running Windows 10 Ver 1903. Against my better judgement I downloaded the driver directly from Intel and it worked. (Even though Dell does not like this). It seems to be fine now although I lost access to Intel Graphics Command Center via Desktop right click. Seems I can only access it from the Start menu. Thank you for your reply.

what PC is this, model>?Inspiron 3668
is that 630 GPU card use? what makes, and full model number, then ask them for a driver OK>?
no game stated at all of the 10,000 for 3 decades, +
gaming means nothing, lacking a real name of a game, Ok its, like saying I FISH. (guppies or sharks)?
the 630 is not any kind of gaming GPU ever, its just a toy there, its deep inside the I5 cpu, or sold as card.
I bet not card here.
a GTX1050 or GTX1650 card. then game. NO FPS GOALS stated, at all 5, 50 , 90, 120,? what?
you will not like 5.FPS seen on iGPU or on old old GPU cards.
20FPS is it. the rating is "TERRIBLE" why pick that?
this PC was sold with these option.
and
my guess I5? with H110 chipset. or the celery has 510 iGPU.
