What model computer? You must get ram with the same specs as the original. Get ram for your model from Dell or Crucial.

Ive sent the 2 ram sticks back to Kingston as soon as they give me a refund I will contact Dell and see if it is ok to upgrade using their own 8 GIG rams
If its just going to push my CPU to 100% forcing my PC to freeze I wont bother
