Hello
I'm reinstalling windows 10
When I clicked F10 it showed Boot Menu

microsoft.com with format and build the installer flash drive. It's a Microsoft Authorized BootKit (and there aren't many these days).

I assume you see that error when you are trying to boot off the USB memory stick. If so then you should be booting off the Sandisk Cruzer Switch. If that is where you have the copy of Windows 10. That error means it is trying to boot from a device that does not have an OS on it.

Are you sure that USB stick is actually bootable?
Are you connecting it to a USB2 port on the PC before you power the PC on and then immediately press F12 (not F10 that you mentioned) after powering on?

Yes the USB drive is bootable I used Refus software for making it bootable
No I didn't connect USB drive for USB2 Port i connected it to back of themotherboard extra USB port

What model do you have?
