Reset computer
Hi
After download something I have problem to use a purchased software (4K video downlaoder). I tried use CCleaner clean the registry, restore to previous restore point and reinstall the 4K video downloader. But still cant use the software. I would like to ask if I reset the computer remove app but keep personal files, do I need to reinstall Dell preload app and driver?
