Retro Dimension 4550 Questions

Hi all, I am re-vamping my original Dimension 4550...It currently has a ATI 2400 Pro AGP card in it from back in the day...it also has 2 DVD Drives, 1 floppy, 2 HDD's, a sound card, and a modem card just sitting. I believe that the PSU needs to be upgraded, as I am about to add a 5.25' bay fan controller in order to monitor the CPU temp and adjust fan speeds that I am going to improve / replace. I am also planning on using a Sata drives with IDE to Sata converters, these also require power too. I've read up on some old posts about this, but most of the links are broken. I've looked at some PSU's but I am concerned about the size, as mine has the little green push down tab inside the case that the PSU rests on. Do you all know of any modern PSU's that drop right in? I was considering EVGA's Supernova 450, but the sizes didn't line up I don't think. I've also read about the switch being an issue too.   All Questions: Does anyone have a list of modern PSU's that will fit into a Dell Dimension 4550? With the front design of this case, do you think a 5.25' controller will fit? here is a link to the one I am thinking about: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA85V3N91077&ignorebbr=1 My heatsink is the fan-less heatsink....I've considered replacing it, but I have not found a way to remove the motherboard from the tray the last time I tried (8+ years ago)....Are there any CPU coolers that would fit? Do you have any suggestions on the re-fit? I've got some ddr2 800mhz ram lined up too even though the bus is locked to 400 it was cheaper that way. I'm going to replace the exhaust with a noctua 92mm, and shift the drives up to the floppy drive bay and stuff a noctua 80mm into the normal drive bays to allow intake from the front. Going to get a fan extender and likely just hang the stock dell fan at the bottom for the temp sensor.   Thanks, Chris!

You cant use a PFC unit.
