Unable to download SupportAssist

I've been having issues with my computer and wanted to run a diagnostic check from the dell website.  In order to run the diagnostics I need supportassist, however I'm unable to install it.  It keeps telling me it failed to install.  Any suggestions?

Download the SupportAssist app onto your desktop. Then right-click it and "Run as administrator".

If that doesn't help, temporarily disable your antiviral/anti-malware app (eg Windows Defender, Norton, McAfee, whichever you use) and try "Run as administrator" again...

EDIT: And don't forget to re-enable your antiviral/anti-malware app again!

Inspiron 27 7775

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor 3.00 GHz

OS Windows10 64bit

Windows is up to date

Passed the speed test

I've run diagnostics and nothing was detected.

Everything started going down hill when I had problems with my computer falling asleep when I'm out of the room and I'm unable to restart it.   I've changed the power plan to not fall asleep so soon but it continues to do it anyway.
