You have to be careful of using audio enhancements and make sure there is not more than one being used at the same time.

In your case, which enhancement are you using?  Do you have additional software for special enhancements such as Dolby or spatial?

If you look at the Windows Sound Control panel and select your output device, does the configure option contain any options for enhancements?

The two channels are always mixed but one being delayed is a little strange.  Possibly something like a reverb.

I do not have any additional software being used for audio enhancements.

Spatial is disabled, I don't have any Dolby software. Just using playback enhancements in MaxxAudioPro.

There are no enhancement options tab.

They shouldn't be mixed. If I have audio for the left channel, it should be the left channel only. It shouldn't be playing in the right channel with slightly less volume and 10-20 ms of delay. I even mute one of the channels and still hear sound from it.

I've been trying to get to the bottom of why I hear a very slight 'echo' in my headphones too, and figured out it was this app.  As with 95% of problems with Dell, it's great hardware let down by atrocious/ill-conceived software... and a case of "why can't they just leave things alone?"

Did you check to make sure "Mono" audio is turned off on the Windows Audio screen?

Not sure this will help but worth a look...
