Machine is 6 months old and is in warranty so no point wasting time which clearly seems like a hardware issue.
RESET BIOS to default
REINSTALL OS after backing up your data.
DO not use RESET feature of windows. Use F12 > SupportAssist OS recovery > RESET > RESET and update

Restart the computer a few times and check for Windows Updates.
In the Search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.
If the issue persists, then try Clean Boot and check.
