1720 upgrade SSD drive

I have a Kingston SSD 120gb which I want to put the operating system on. I have initialised the drive which I can now see in my computer. When I remove the original Hd and put the new one In the caddy 1 I get a white screen saying  not inserterted properly , then I press escape and it starts booting from the dvd but I get various errors and it never works/ installs the operating system properly.. Please help. I'm installing W10 Thanks in advance

Thank your message. This system model does not support Windows 10, the hardware components on the system are not compatible with Windows 10.

Although you may be able to install OS most of the components will have an error or will not work to their full potential. There are no official drivers released from Dell.
