3rd party fan controllers that can actually detect my fans?

I have a dell g15 5515 and the fans doesn't seem to be very responsive to temps. I'm using that alien ware command center thing to manually change. And I tried a lot of things to get rid of this thing. but all the other 3rd party apps don't seem to even recognize this laptop has fans. Are there any actually fan controllers that support my laptop model? or if you can at least notify the developers to work on this thing, and also for other OSes. What is wrong with your error checking, dell doesn't even know other OS exists than windows, can't even spell that and post.
