A problem with my integrated webcam

Hi all, Please I need your help. I have Dell Inspiron 3593, its BIOS version is 1.9.1 and its OP is Windows 10 which is up to date. The problem is my integrated webcam is blocked, the error code is 0xA00F4244. I've tried all the online solutions that are available online, but none of them worked for me. The main problem is that it's not showing in my device manager, even when I show the hidden devices. However, it is check and allowed in the BIOS settings.   Please the webcam is very important for me, if anyone can help I will be so thankful. Waiting your feedback.

The webcam will open when you open Skype or another app that uses the camera. See solutions here--
