AC Adapter not always recognised - Inspiron 3521
Hi I have an Inspiron 3521 Win 10, 1803
I have done all the AC troubleshooting in Dell forum
Run Dell Support Assist with no errors
Updated BIOS
However both my AC Adapters (the original and another from eBay) have same problem: sometimes batery stops being charged, and all energy is drained from batery. Only fix is to shutdown, wait 15" and restard PC. In BIOS AC adapter sometimes shows 65W another 'Unknown'.
PC is out of warranty, what to do...?

Yesterday I received a new DC jack and today I replaced it (painful process).
Same problem, sometimes battery is charged other times not
