ACPI BIOS ERROR on Dell Inspiron 3147

My Computer originally ran windows 8.1, I recently upgraded it to windows 10 it worked fine until I updated the BIOS which made it BSOD on boot, I fixed the issue by disabling the driver verifier and reflashing the bios, i accidentally wiped the whole HDD with Ubuntu and i tried to reinstall windows 10, it BSOD again on boot and i cant even get into Windows 10, The only os that could work is windows 8.1 and i installed that but i want to install windows 10 again to install office suite, Normally updating from win 8.1 works and no BSOD however this time when i upgrade to windows 10 it just BSOD, I can reinstall a old bios but i don’t think that will work. My model is Inspiron 3147, , BIOS version after updated : A12, BIOS version before updated : *Whatever comes with the Inspiron 3147 about in 2015*

Error : ACPI BIOS ERROR

You may not be able to go back to an older version of BIOS anyway.

Which office suite are you talking about? You should be able to install it in Windows 8.1 as easily as Windows 10.

Where did you go to downgrade,  I've been looking just never found it.  I thought Dell would be the obvious place but it usually dead ends on me.  I figured I was stuck with 8.1 and then I seen your post.  Could you please point me in the right direction so I can go back to 10 as well.  Thank you

How do I get the A07 version?  I can't seem to find it on the Dell site

Hello, my computer is also having major issues after updating to BIOS A12. Since I can’t boot to Windows, I can’t run the BIOS update. Tried flashing the BIOS from Boot Settings by pressing F12 on startup but it won’t run the .exe file. As I understand I just need to boot to any kind of Windows and then just run the .exe file to update BIOS right? How to downgrade from A12 to A08?!
