AMD Radeon HD 7400M series on Dell Inspiration N5110 get code 43 error
Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiration N5110 laptop has both Windows 7 and Windows 10 dual boot. I noticed in the mainboard has an onboard graphic card with 2 memory chip but it is not working in both Windows version. The devices shows a yellow caution mark in device manager. Look in the properties it says 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)'
I attached a screenshot of what I see:
Here is what i've tried:
- Update driver > code 43 still exist
- Uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, delete driver software > graphic card disappear in devmgmt then reappear after restart, with code 43 error
- Tried Intel AutoDetect and ATI/AMD AutoDetect. > not working
- Tried AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta for Non GCN Products > not working
- Replace one of the .sys file that cause the error > not working (bad idea)
- Install an engineering sample driver AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series > not working
- Tried Leshcatlabs's Catalyst UnifL Driver. > Not working
- Install a different driver product > device cannot start (code 10)
- Retry all of the above with safemode and low resolution video on both windows version > not working either
Here are some other screenshots you can see
Does anyone know what's wrong ? And the steps that I can take to fix it ?
Someone please help me!
Thanks
Jaaab
