Uninstall the AWCC, reboot the computer and go here to download/install AWCC. Also, the same link you can download and update to the latest bios version.
17 R5 AWCC driver has Windows Error Code 0x80004003 driver problem. Please note the Keyboard’s Backlight does not work problem is not included in Article Number: 000130475, AWCC installation issues: Overheating, Keyboard backlight, or GUI issues.

I have an Alienware Area 51 and have the same probleme! I did it also but the same issue.

Information about resolving various Alienware Command Center issues. Dell engineering has identified the Audio driver, AWCC, or OCControls not installing or upgrading correctly to be the main cause of these issues.
