AWCC CRASH
My Laptop is DELL G3 3590. Alienware command centre freezes when I open it. it only shows Alienware head and the programme does not move forward. below are some error reports from the event viewer, if anyone could help I would appreciate. This is a brand new laptop bought 1 months ago and this problem is persisting from 3 rd day after I bought it. Thanks.

Hello,
I have an Alienware Area 51 and have the same probleme! I did it also but the same issue.

Information about resolving various Alienware Command Center issues. Dell engineering has identified the Audio driver, AWCC, or OCControls not installing or upgrading correctly to be the main cause of these issues.

17 R5 AWCC driver has Windows Error Code 0x80004003 driver problem. Please note the Keyboard’s Backlight does not work problem is not included in Article Number: 000130475, AWCC installation issues: Overheating, Keyboard backlight, or GUI issues.
