Add external GPU
I have Dell Inspiron 15 5567 laptop
but its monitor does not work well
technical told me that VGA/GPU is not work
can I replace it
or add external GPU like GPU Riser Adapter

You can replace the system board, yes. No, you can't run an external GPU in this model (there's no practical way, unless you're willing to take it apart permanently and turn it into an immobile desktop system using an external monitor, mouse and keyboard).
