Alert ! TPM device not detected

Question

I have purchased my dell Inspiron 5502 laptop on 26 July , 2021 and some times when I boot up my system it is showing that TPM device is not detected..This problem is happening for alteast once a day...

Can someone please suggest me how can I overcome this problem ?

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup service which resolved the issue.

Have the same issue with a dell xps it is though 3 years old.

please make the solution finding public!
tpm was working well and the only thing I can think of that changed the last couple of days was a new windows 10 patch installed
