Alienware Command Center infinite login and missing tabs - G7 17 7790

I have an G7 17 7790 laptop, Windows 10. After clean installation ofAlienware Command Center (latest), program do not work properly. Infinite login and missing tabs (HOME and FX) are the main issues. Reinstalling the program does not help, I tried different versions, the result is the same. Check out screenshots below. I'll be grateful for your help.
