Alienware Command Center suite - This installation package is not compatible with this computer
Hello everyone!
I've recently had trouble getting the AWCC to find AlienFX devices on my G15 5515 similar to this thread:

In an effort to troubleshoot this, I uninstalled AWCC and attempted to install the software found here:

I am currently running Windows 11, and have not been able to find any other AWCC download specifically for Windows 11. When I attempt to install I get the message: This installation package is not compatible with this computer.

Thanks for the quick response. I realize I may have posted in the wrong section, but my laptop is a G15 gaming laptop, not a G5 insprion. The AWCC comes stock on the laptop and worked until recently, prompting me to try and reinstall it.

That particular AWCC download* is for Alienware models only, not G5 Inspirons. Check the compatible list. Reinstall the original software that came on your computer. Inspirons might not be able to use all the features of AWCC.
*AWCC is not a driver. It is software for Windows 10.
