Audio not working - no audio device installed

Question

Hi, I have na Inspiron 7580. Out of nothing the áudio just stopped working. I tried running the diagnostic tool at the initialization menu and both the keyboard and the áudio device didnt pass ( I believe so, cause they werent marked with that green check) even though they worked fine during the test and the result was negative for any error. So I tried unnistalling the realtek code and installing again but it still says that theres no áudio device installed. Can anyone help me? I'm really sad cause the laptop is brand new :((

After restoring the system the Audio is back is that correct?

Also, You mentioned that there is a noise coming from the system could you please brief me more about it. So when you mute the speakers that noise is also stopped?
