Audio output and input missing in device manager and drivers wont install! please help

Inspiron 3542 here ,  so let me tell you what i think went wrong and where I stand now 

also when i bought this laptop it was with windows 8.1 or something now i have windows 10 but audio used to work on windows 10 too 

One day i  was missing maxxaudio app again so i went to uninstall and reinstall drivers in the  device manager but out of my head , I had no idea what i had done , I went ahead and deleted the oem drivers , 

and now  this poor thing doesnt work 

after that i tried installing fresh windows ,went to install linux as well , but no luck windows doesnt even know i have an onboard sound card where as i was happy to see that linux detected i had a sound card but still it showed dummy output in audio section 

I started the test in the bios and the speakers beeped clearly and loudly in the test but they dont work in windows 

the only way i can hear audio is through the use of bluetooth headphones but i am getting tired of this 

the latest drivers for my laptop WHICH I DOWNLOADED FROM DELLS OFFICIAL SITE refuse  to install 

Audio_Driver_PKGMR_WN32_6.0.1.7564_A01.exe

I checked the spec sheet and in it it says that this laptop has ALC3234 so I tried installing every ALC3234 compatible driver they installed but were of no use , and when i hadnt installed them , the sound and controller group in device manager showed a hidden intel audio driver and a hidden MICROSOFT TRUSTED AUDIO DRIVER which obviously didnt work , can you guys find me a solution or do I have to send this puppy to the service center ? you guys can ask me more if  you want to know anything to get this working
