BIOS Update Will Not Install.
I have a G7 7790. I recently had some issues and had to wipe the system and start with a fresh copy of Windows, with the help of Dell Customer Support. I am currently running BIOS 1.11.1, which is the current BIOS, but it was updated late December. The copy I have was installed on 11/11/2019. I know I am lacking features, especially the "G-Key" in Alienware OC Center. I cannot figure out how to update it because every time I try it states I am running the latest version. Any suggestions???? Thanks in advance.

Hello. That didn’t work. After I updated none of my programs would launch. So now I’m in bios doing a factory reset to clean widows image. This is the second time I’ve had to do this, the first with direction from dell customer support. The first time none of my Dell apps would work. This time also related to dell apps. Very frustrating.
