Backing up Dell & Power2Go Software before reinstalling operating system.

My kid unknowingly updated their Dell Laptop to Windows 11 over 10 days ago. Its too slow to be useful so we are planning on reinstalling Windows 10. I'm wondering if there is a way to backup the Dell Factory preinstalled software including the Cyber link Power2Go Software before doing so?
