Battery Light flickering continuously when not Charging and Charging too
When I opened my laptop I got my battery light (on the side of my laptop flickering). Nothing was wrong with the battery and I wasn't charging or anything. It kept on going and I don't know how to stop it. Please Help! Edit: This happens to me when charging it too.

Power off system, remove all peripherals, AC adapter and battery. Press the "Power On" button for 15 seconds to release Static Flea Power. Replace battery, adapter, power on system. Hopefully there's no more blinking blue light.

Please list Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo32 onto the search box, stroll down to System Model, you should see it now.
What color is the blinking light? You able to power on the system without the AC adapter connected to the charging port?

Dell Inspiron 5558 Windows 10 1709 It's a regular blue light that keeps flickering. (Not orange color)
