Battery replacement hassle

Dear officials,   I am a user from Egypt, Cairo. I purchased Dell Inspiron 5570 towards the start of 2018 and currently I am struggling with the battery performance.   After lengthy and hectic search process, I figured out an authorized Dell repair center in Cairo to whom i was directed by your website (its name is ensure that was previously Redington). Unfortunately, they told me they can't replace the battery at any price as long as my laptop is out of warranty.    I can't believe them and can't find any reasonable justification not to provide an essential spare part like this. Shockingly, I couldn't find the battery of my laptop listed on your website either.   Kindly refer this message to the concerned department as I really feel stranded and frustrated from numerous futile attempts to solve this issue.   My device is inspiron  5570

Go to this site for the battery. And if the system is out of warranty, any qualified PC shop that you trust can do the replacement. You can do it yourself if you feel comfortable opening up the system as described here.
