Try Win+Ctrl+Shift+B This will Restart the graphic Driver, if this brings back the display
please reinstall graphic Driver from support site
OR
You can see the display on the login page right ? Press shift key and hit restart on the login page. Release shift key as soon as you see "Please wait"

Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Windows Startup settings > Restart > Choose 5th Option (f5)
This will reboot the machine in Safe mode. Open Device manager > display Adapter > Intel HD graphic (right click and uninstall)

I had the same problem, and I fixed it by holding the power button for 20 seconds, then turned it back on.

@user_d25f9d Thanks! This helped me fix it on my Dell XPS with Windows 11. I pressed the button for 30 seconds to make sure.
