Black screen with movable cursor
As soon as I switch on the power button it shows me a black screen with movable cursor,How can I fix it?

Does it remainly black or do you eventually see something on the screen?

Bought this in 2018 September. It doesn't blink or switch colours, it showing the screen is active with black colour along with a movable cursor. And the laptop couldn't boot. Please help
