Boot loop without screen turning on nor Dell logo

Hi, I have a Dell G3 3579 (it says Dell G3 15 in the upper label), and was using it normally withouts flaws until yesterday, when I try to turn it on, the led next to the power supply port turns on in white color for some seconds and fades out after that, the keyboard backlit turns on, the hard drive starts to spin and suddenly the whole laptop turns off and the process starts again from the white led part, the screen remains black all the time without backlit nor Dell logo, I removed the back case and disconnected the battery, I pressed the power button 1 min for completely drain the power and tried again with the AC adapter only but with the same result, I removed the M2 ssd and the hard drive too but the white led only last some seconds more before ending in the same result.

If I leave the laptop in the loop process for some time it eventually doesn't reboot but the screen remains black without backlit and the fans on, after that if I connect an hdmi monitor it has no video signal, if I leave the hdmi monitor connected in the loop process no video signal is showed at any time.

The battery is a bit bulky so I was wondering if I need to replace the internal battery (if it's needed in this model for booting) or if it's a faulty motherboard.

I was hoping for someone in the community who has a functional Dell G3 of the same model, if you can try to remove the internal battery, power the laptop only with the AC adapter and test if it boots normally, also if before boot you remove the RAM stick, and after pressing the power button the laptop screen turns on with some error message or if it remains in black screen without backlit and only ambar led blinking, I need this information to know if some motherboard repair is needed or if it's cause of dead RAM stick or dead battery, becouse I ran out of warranty and need the laptop for my University Thesis, also I live in Latin America and here there isn't Dell Technical Support so I need to buy the components for the solution myself, so thank you very much if you can try and tell me the results.

Thank you again and sorry for my poor English.

A laptop can work with just AC power. I have an old D620 which has a bad battery. I took out the battery and just use AC power.

thank you for your response, yes, I have an Alienware with removable battery and it runs with AC only without problems, but I wanted to test this particular Dell G3 3579 model with internal non removable battery (you have to unscrew and open the back case to extract the battery).

I am not sure what you are asking, but run Dell Diagnostics to determine if there is hardware failure.

the boot process doesn't reach the Dell logo phase, so I can't enter the BIOS nor the Dell Diagnostics, I was asking for someone who has the same Dell G3 model, if they can test the boot of the machine without the internal battery and another test without RAM stick
