Broken computer
I purchased a new computer four months ago. In that time frame the mother board, key board and hard drive have been replaced. Lastly, the lights stopped working and the computer died and would not turn on. Each time my computer was out of service and dell would send a repair man to my house. On the final break the computer just shut down. I got a hold of a manager he promised me I would have my computer back and fixed within 7 days or less. It took thirty days. Even though I gave dell my address 10 times they sent it to a home in Tacoma, miles away from where I live. Luckly the homeowner rejected it. It went back to dell and they tried to send it to me again. But this time it went to Fife at the FED EX center. A two-hour drive from my house. Oh, and I forgot to tell you the box to send my computer in was supposed to come to my home but they sent it two Fife. I drove the two hours to get it fixed. As you can tell I am so dissatisfied with the service. I have asked several times for them to just replace my computer with one that works. What kind of company does not stand behind their product?
Well after all that I finally get it back and its broke. There are no lights and has a battery life of one hour. Does anyone know how to reach headquarters to try and get a new computer?
