Can I remove windows and bring it back after a while?(for moving to linux)
HI, i have an Inspiron 15 7000 laptop.
I want to remove hole windows to moving to linux (windows is disgusting in my mind),
but this is one thing between me and linux, MY PARENTS, i think after two years i should give my laptop to them and i don't want to pay for windows again, is there a way to save my activation key of windows and reuse it when i need it?
and also is it safe to wipe the bios partition or not?(for recovering windows after a while)

That one should have the ability to support Legacy (CSM) mode, which will increase the number of Linux distributions you can use, vs. newer models that have eliminated Legacy boot (as all new systems shortly will).
You'll want to make and verify your backup media for Windows 10:
https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln299044/how-to-download-and-use-the-dell-os-recovery-image-in-microsoft-windows?lang=en
Once that's done, you can install whichever Linux distribution you'd like subject to its distributor's instructions. Some versions have model-specific install notes; Ubuntu Linux is the distro with the largest number of these (and should you choose, the most robust support for booting in UEFI mode).

How to Download and Use the Dell OS Recovery Image in Microsoft Windows:

It is best to try and create it now instead of finding out later there is a problem.

Welcome to the Dell Community @saniyar
First thing would be to make sure you have created recovery media for you laptop.
After that you can wipe the drive and install Linux.
Later if you decide to reinstall W10 there should be no problem as your Digital License will activate when you go online.
Best regards,

We'll need to know exactly which model system you have to make a recommendation. 7000 is a series, not a model - is it a 7593, 7779, etc.? Otherwise, a non-specific, generic answer is all we can give you.
Some systems are easy to configure with just about any Linux you want - newer ones, not so much as they afford the option only of UEFI-compliant Linux distributions, of which there aren't many at this point.
