Can i upgrade my processor
First off i want to start by saying i know almost nothing about computers and the laptop was a gift. With that said it is a nice laptop but super slow. I have an inspiron 15-5578 2 in 1 laptop with an intel 2 core processor and its soooo slow. I tried to sell it and i wasnt even offered half the price of what the gifter payed for it. So its just sat in my shelf untouched and unused. Is it possible to uograde my laptops internal parts and make faster?... thanks in advance

Welcome to the Dell Community @Liminlime
Sorry but you would need to replace the motherboard to upgrade the CPU.

Your best options to increase performance would be an SSD and memory upgrade.

The Dell Inspiron 5000 is a lemon. Anyone who owns one knows that after a year or so it becomes so slow that it is unusable. Will not by a Dell again.
