Welcome to the Dell Community @greyaria

When "Uninstalling" the drivers through device manager, do you click on "Delete the Drivers" then reboot?

Have you tried using the driver from your support page?

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=gr6gw&oscode=wt64a&productcode=inspiron-15-7559-laptop

Download the driver:

Then go to "Device Manager" uninstall the device and delete the driver.

Reboot the system.

Then run the driver you just downloaded. "If needed"

Best regards,

U2

The problem with the start button was seen in earlier versions of win 10.

I suppose you could try the fix to see if it sorts out that issue.

How to Fix Start Menu and Action Center

1.  Right click the "Start Menu" button in the upper right corner.

2.  Select "Command Prompt (Admin)

3.  Reply "Yes" to allow this App to make changes

4.  At the prompt enter "Powershell"  - without the quotation marks

5.  At the next prompt cut and paste the following script at the prompt in Powershell:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

6.  Hit "Enter"

7.  The script will run for several minutes

If a "Standard" user has the issue you will have to elevate the status to "Administrator" while you run the script on their login screen.  Remember to set their status back to Standard after the fix.

I did what you said and now my Intel graphics card is not detected at all.

And that link you sent me sends me to a driver which, after trying to install, says that it's not compatible with my system.

So what now? How do I get my computer to even detect my Intel graphics card at all?
