Complain

I have recently purchase dell inspiron 15 7000 on 6th December 2019 . And i have been facing heat issue .. in 5-10 min the laptop heat up pretty quickly. I have high storage software to work on . Due to heat issue it’s been creating a lot of problem in my works. Pls send some one to fix the issue

  Hi,

I am contacting you about my Dell laptop and my frustration with Dell customer service and technical supports. I purchased a brand new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1 laptop in 01/2020 and after about 4 months it overheated. I contacted Dell and they said this model is well known for causing fan issues, so I can send it for repair which I did. I have sent my laptop for repair on 05/09/2020 and the representative told me it will take 7 to 10 days till I get it back all fixed. But, today is 06/18/2020 and they did not repair it yet. I called, online chat, emailed a lot and a lot of times with Dell, but they are either so rude, or don't tell me the truth, or just don't care. I need my laptop ASAP. I need a Laptop ASAP. I live in the USA where I purchased my laptop from Best buy, and every time I called Dell, I spoke to representatives in other countries and nobody helped me. Last time I chatted with them through their website, they said they are still waiting on the Fan part which they won't receive until 07/04/2020 (one month later), I can't wait that long. I am super unhappy with DELL and their very poor technical and customer service support. I want to complain about this issue to Dell's top managers and the owners so that they realize how their personnel are treating people who trust and purchase Dell products. What should I do now? 

This "fan failure" issue on Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1 laptop, is Dell's problem. For example, I didn't pour coffee on my laptop causing this issue. It started overheating within the first 4 month of purchase. It is not OK. And now it is 2 month since I have sent it and Dell fails in repairing it one time. So, requesting a return or refund is my natural right. It is only fair. They have been keeping my laptop for repair for 2 month now. Last time I chatted and called, I requested a refund or credit back or a new laptop from Dell but they refused. !!!! They told me I have to either wait forever until they repair my laptop or accept a refurbished laptop. What???? NO absolutely NO. I purchased a brand new laptop which failed working within 4 month of purchase, now I don't want a used and refurbished garbage one instead. I hope that makes sense. This is such a selfish, unfair, and corrupt offer. Shame on Dell, I am very unhappy with their product and customer service.
