Computer Won't Start First try.

  Dell S2721HS Monitor. I have a 8k Display Port Cable Connected to Monitor and Computer Display ports. Sometimes start -up is successful, as Monitor is set to DP setting.

"But sometimes it the DP won't start" I have to reboot then the DP works and computer is on/ Connected." Need Help. Thanks
