DELL G3 15 3590 fps drop problem

Hello,

I've bought my DELL G3 3590 laptop on the first month of 2020. I've been using my laptop since then without any problem.

My system specifications :

- Intel i7 9750H

- Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650

- 16 GB RAM

From the beginning of this year I am dealing with a fps drop problem on a specific game.

I've changed the thermal paste on the video card and CPU chips with a high quality paste. ( Cooler Master HTK-002-U1-GP 0.8 C/W rate). I've updated all pheripheral drivers to the latest drivers. I've migrated from Windows 10 to 11. But nothing solved my problem.

I've experiencing this problem on the game Counter Strike : Global Offensive. I've optimized the specs from Geforce experience but nothing changed. I even tried the graphic settings in the lower specs. But nothing changed. Then I've watched the thermal elements on my system and saw an abnormality.

The fps drops occur when the cooling fans start and stops. I'm attaching a thermal watching graphic. You can see the fps drop moments on this graphic where some twicthes occur on the graph.

I believe that this happens because of the drivers. If I have a setting to enable my fans at the highest speed all time I belive that this will never happen. Could you reccomend something for this situation?
