DELL Inspiron 1564 RAM Upgrade

hello dear community 

my labtop is dell inpiron 1564 with 4 giga RAM ( 2x 2 Giga / ) and iam asked if i can upgrade it or not and i already know that i can upgrade it to 8 giga ( 2x 4 giga ) 

so when i searched alot in the computer malls to get an 8 Giga ( 2x 4 Giga ) instead of ( 2x 2Giga PC3 / 8500S / 1066) , 

i didn`t find the same ( 8500S ) and ( 1066 ) for 2x 4giga

all i found ( 10600 & 12800 )  /// ( 1333 & 1666 )

 so i can buy 2x 4 giga with pass 10600 or 12800 with 1333 or 1666 , it will work ?
