Dell 3567
Hi I have a laptop dell inspiron 15 3000 I can not install either java either a total commander or a dreamset and many other programs. what is the problem I really do not know. Help

When you try to install, are you seeing an error and if so what is the error message? Also you stated many other programs. What programs would not install (just a mention of a few and not the whole list)?
