Dell 5 Button USB Mouse Driver in English

I am looking for the driver for a Dell 5 button USB mouse model MOA8BO.  I saw in an earlier discussion that R164209 was the correct driver to use, however when I install and run the Configure application (I'm trying to set the function of the two side buttons) the window that comes up is in Chinese not English.  How do you set this application to display in English, or is there another Configure application for this mouse that displays in English that I can download?
