According to Microsoft, this is usually caused by a bad memory module.  Run an extended diagnostic on the system (particularly the RAM).  F12 at powerup.

Just as I thought. I've been having a Ram error every time I diagnose on BIOS. Is there any way I can install or setup a windows from another computer? I cannot set it up on the current situation of the unit. Thanks for your help.

That would be ill advised, since the faulty module will almost certainly cause issues even if you can get Windows installed.   Run a memory test -- if one module tests bad, swap with the other until you isolate the bad module (or if two modules test bad in the same socket, the bad socket) and replace the module (or the mainboard in the second case).
