Dell 7567 Infinite boot loop/acpi_bios_error/can't even install fresh Windows 10

Hi guys,

I was playing a video game with my Dell 7567 128gb SSD version. Suddenly it went off -my AC was plugged- after that when I was trying to power on, it went infinite boot loop on Dell logo. I tried to repair Windows 10 but it did not worked. Even downloading and updating bios from Dell's site, even resetting the disk via the bios, did nothing. I didn't do any driver update or bios update recently -all of them were up to date-. Then when I tried again with another Windows flash memory, the error code hit me. It is acpi_bios_error. Although I've done a lot of research on resolving this error, I can't get it. Here's a list of all the things I've tried, none of them worked. I have done hardware testing many times over bios, support assist and ubuntu, but I don't get any hardware fault or error code.

To sum up, I can't install Windows even though I have now reset all disks from ubuntu, still giving the same error. Yes you got it right, I can't install Windows on a blank disk.

I'm open for all suggestions for a solution.

I tried to followings:

-Bios downgrade -> 1.9.0
- Current bios -> 1.10.0
-Hardware tests; => no errors via bios, support assist, ubuntu.
-Legacy boot / UEFI boot both secure boot on / off tried, no results
-Bios battery, ram, battery, charger all come out and reset the bios, no results
- Tried to boot with Windows 10 and 8.1, no results
-Advanced boot options can not be reached, loop continues.
-I tried to download the current bios and extract the rom file with / writehdrfile / writeromfile commands, but the bios file blocked it because it did not support those commands.
- I tried all the combinations that could be done for the bios via the keyboard, none of them helped. (Press and hold F2 / F12 / fn + Win / Ctrl + Esc / end and plug into the wall socket, etc.)
-I tried removing the SSD and just throwing windows to the HDD, no results.
-The SSD and HDD were removed and attempted to boot via USB flash just inserted, no results.
-I tried to install fresh Windows in the form of gpt and mbr, no results.
-All the partitions of hard disks has been wiped on Ubuntu and tried to boot with 2 different Windows 10 and one Windows 8.1, no results.
-Cmos reset via Ubuntu, same result.
-I changed the ram slot, the result is the same.
-My laptop is out of warranty!
-I tried to boot with Ubuntu, no problem I'm writing it now using ubuntu

I believe it is some firmware issue, not a hardware. (Because I'm using ubuntu without any problem right now.)

I'm bumping this because I had the exact same issue begin in august of 2019. I have done almost identically the original list of fixes and nothing worked. I am also writing this using ubuntu as a last resort
