Dell 7567 bluetooth issue with mouse

I've been experiencing this issue for more than a week now.

Bluetooth disconnects bluetooth mouse after a few minutes of not using it and I'm unable to use the device unless I remove the device from the list and pair it again. Also searched for solutions such as updating, reinstalling driver and unchecking the power management option of the driver but didn't fix the issue.

I've been using the mouse for more than a year on my dell with no problems. Tested with other laptops and only my dell having this issue.

Please help. Thank you!

The 7567 was shipped originally with an Intel 3165 Wireless adapter.  Is that still installed in your system?

Have you uninstalled that device and uninstalled all drivers, including the Bluetooth versions?

There have been some comments with Win 10 updates regarding fixing situations where Bluetooth devices would not reconnect, so maybe some change there has effected your system.

I will check a Bluetooth mouse on my system, but I am currently running a Killer Wireless 1650 Wi-Fi adapter and it has Bluetooth 5.0, so my testing may not be relevant.
